Talwandi Sabo Power Ltd. (TSPL), a subsidiary of Vedanta Power appoints Abhilasha Malviya as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the human resources operations at TSPL’s 1980 MW thermal power plant.
With nearly two decades of diverse HR experience, Malviya brings a wealth of expertise to her role, driving leadership and strategic initiatives to enhance the company’s people management and development systems.
A Wealth of Experience Across Leading Industries
Before joining TSPL, Abhilasha Malviya worked at Tata Steel, where she served as Head of Communications for Raw Material and previously as Group HR & IR Lead.
Her extensive career includes roles at prestigious organizations such as JK Organisation, Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, Jindal Power, Jindal Steel & Power, Britt Worldwide India, and Dale Carnegie Training.
Throughout her professional journey, she has gained substantial experience in organization development, talent management, learning and development, and corporate communications.
Educational Background and Expertise in HR Strategy
Malviya holds a PGDM- Marketing & IT from the Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development. Additionally, she earned an Advanced Program in HR Management and an Executive Certificate in HR Management and Services from XLRI Jamshedpur.
She has played a dynamic role in shaping streamlined learning and development processes, building robust people systems, and fostering positive work cultures across the organizations she has worked with.
