Over the years, Suresh Kumar has held key HR leadership positions in various organizations, including Hindustan Lever (HLL), Alsuwadi Group of Companies, Associated Capsules Worldwide, Automotive Company, Polycab Wires, and Mafatlal Industries.

His expertise spans talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations. Suresh Kumar is known for his ability to drive cultural change and align HR strategies with business goals.
