Kunvarji Group has Appointed Bhakti Rana as Group HR Head

Kunvarji Group, a diversified business conglomerate, has named Bhakti Rana as Group Head – Human Resources, effective December 2025.

In this new role, she will lead people and HR work across all Kunvarji Group businesses. Bhakti will work on talent planning, organization growth, leadership development, and workplace culture to support the group’s long-term growth and change plans.

Extensive Experience

Bhakti Rana brings more than 20 years of experience in senior HR roles across corporate, consulting, and advisory work.

She is known for building people-focused strategies that support business goals and steady workforce practices, especially in fast-growing companies and those going through change.

Before joining Kunvarji Group, Bhakti was Chief Collaboration Strategist at MentorMyBoard. There, she helped strengthen startup governance and support founders and business leaders.

She worked with partners such as Zhepudhyogini, Business Leadership League, HerKey, WEDO, and MSME Bharat Manch on collaboration, mentoring, and leadership programs.

Earlier, Bhakti held senior HR and consulting roles, including Senior Consultant at HR Anexi; Head – People & Culture at Organic Recycling Systems Pvt. Ltd., and Blue Planet Yasasu Solutions Pvt. Ltd.; Cluster Manager – Consulting Partner at plugHR; and AVP – Human Resources at Centrum Retail Services Limited.

She has also worked on consulting projects with CHR Global and SSISSI, gaining experience across multiple sectors.

Bhakti holds a postgraduate degree in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a diploma in Organizational Behavior Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).
