Ratish Jha joins Hikal as President- Human Resources

Hikal, a pharmaceuticals company appoints Ratish Jha as President- Human Resources. In his new role, he will be responsible for the entire gamut of people and culture of the organization.

Prior to this, Ratish has been associated with RPG Group for almost 15 years. Most recently he was holding the position of Business Head – Power Transformer Business at RPG Group.

He comes with over two decades of experience as an HR Leader in sectors like Steel, Power Cables, Tyres, Pharmaceuticals, and Energy. Over the years, he has held senior management and top leadership roles in leading Indian as well as global companies.

Previously, he also worked with Britt World Wide India, JSW Steel, and Essel Propack in HR leadership roles.

Ratish, an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and has successfully completed Advanced Business Education from leading Business Schools i.e IMD Business School Lausanne, University of Michigan, ISB Hyderabad, and IIM Ahmedabad.

Established in 1988, Hikal is a reliable partner to companies in the Pharmaceutical, Animal Health, Biotech, Crop Protection, and Specialty Chemical industries. It manufactures and supplies quality Active Ingredients, Intermediates, Biocides to the global life sciences industry.

Hikal has five manufacturing facilities in India at Maharashtra (Taloja and Mahad), Gujarat (Panoli), and Bengaluru (Jigani) and a world-class Research & Technology centre at Pune.
