ACME Group Appoints Rizwana Shaikh as Group CHRO

ACME Group has elevated Rizwana Shaikh as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO).

In this role, she leads the company’s HR strategy and also manages HR administration, IT projects, and executive advisory work. Based in Mumbai, she works closely with senior leaders to connect people, processes, and technology with the company’s long-term business plans.

Extensive Experience

Rizwana has been with ACME Group for more than eight years and has held several senior roles during that time.

Before elevation as Group CHRO, she led key programs that strengthened employee skills and improved HR systems across the company. Her work focused on building clear HR structures that support the company’s growing business activities.

She also helped bring in digital systems within HR and other business functions. This included the use of HRMS platforms and IT links that made daily work smoother and supported faster, better decisions for managers.

Along with her HR duties, Rizwana serves as Executive Advisor to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). In this role, she works with the leadership team on long-term plans and key company decisions.

She supports leadership growth, company structure changes, and culture programs that help the business expand across sectors such as manufacturing, media, and logistics.

Rizwana has also helped set up strong governance practices at ACME Group. She supported the rollout of clear compliance rules, ethics standards, and data privacy systems. Her leadership style focuses on strong teams through talent growth, workforce planning, and active employee engagement.

Earlier in her career, she worked at Mukta Arts Ltd. as Executive Assistant to the Chairman, where she gained experience in strategic coordination and executive office support.
