Enovis Appoints Neeraj Chandola as Head of HR – India

Global medical technology company Enovis has appointed Neeraj Chandola as Head – Human Resources – India, effective March 2026.

In his new role, Neeraj will lead the company’s people strategy in India, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and strengthening workplace culture to support business growth.

Extensive Experience

Neeraj joins Enovis with nearly two decades of experience across human resources, talent management, and operations in the healthcare and technology sectors.

Prior to this, he served as Director – HR and Head of Department at RevHC, where he led HR transformation initiatives and supported business expansion.

Earlier, he was associated with GeBBS Healthcare Solutions as Director HR – Site Head, managing multi-location HR operations across Hyderabad and Chennai.

He also spent over seven years with AGS Health, where he held several leadership roles, including AGM HR, overseeing large teams and driving workforce strategies across multiple cities.

Neeraj began his career with organizations such as Tech Mahindra and has built strong expertise in HR business partnering, employee engagement, and large-scale workforce management.

He holds a Postgraduate Program in Management (HR) from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Jaipur National University.
