HCLTech has invited applications for internship roles under the Prime Minister Internship Scheme (PMIS), offering graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on corporate experience.

Based in Noida, the programme is designed to support large-scale hiring and skilling initiatives while aligning with government-led efforts to enhance youth employability.

The internship will be conducted in a work-from-office format, requiring candidates to work six days a week.

With a duration ranging from six to nine months, the programme provides a structured environment for candidates to understand corporate operations and build practical skills over time.

Overview

Interns will be actively involved in candidate engagement and coordination activities. Key responsibilities include managing interview schedules, assisting in assessment processes, and conducting counselling sessions for applicants.

They will also maintain candidate databases, support onboarding procedures, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.

In addition, interns may get opportunities to participate in events organised in collaboration with government bodies and institutional partners, contributing to outreach initiatives under the PMIS programme.

Eligibility and How to Apply

The opportunity is open to graduates from diverse academic backgrounds, such as BA, BSc, BCom, and BBA.

Candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills will be preferred. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and the ability to handle coordination tasks efficiently are essential for the role.

Interested candidates can apply through HCLTech’s LinkedIn Page.
