Accenture Off-campus hiring targets entry-level roles, 50K job roles

Accenture in India, a global leader in professional services, has announced a major hiring initiative.

In addition to over 50,000 lateral positions, the company is hiring engineering and non-engineering graduates, as well as post-graduates, for entry-level roles across the country.

Non-Engineering Graduate /Post Graduates

The company is looking for both non-engineering graduates and post-graduates—such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A., and B.Com—as well as engineering graduates with a salary range Salary: INR 3,44,200 – 3,44,200.

Available positions span various locations including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurugram, Pune, Kolkata, Nagpur, Indore, Mumbai, and Jaipur.

Engineering Graduate /Post Graduates

This recruitment drive is open to candidates in any engineering stream of B.E/B.Tech /ME/ Mtech or MCA or MSc (CS/IT) with the Year Of Passout being 2021/ 2022/ 2023/ 2024.

Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through Accenture’s official website, where further details regarding the application process and eligibility criteria are available.

Important Note

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

They should not have participated in the Accenture recruitment process within the last three months and must have less than 11 months of experience.

Eligibility to work in India is required, either through citizenship or valid work permits. Bhutan and Nepal nationals do not need a visa, while others require a work visa, OCI, or PIO card.

Additionally, Accenture has recently introduced a new program to support employees choosing to adopt a child.

Lakshmi C, Managing Director and Lead – HR at Accenture in India noted, “This initiative enhances our existing policies and programs to support employees who are parents or are planning to become parents.”

The program provides financial assistance for adoption-related expenses, with each employee eligible for this benefit for up to two adoption instances.
