Flexible Work Policy

Recently, Intel has announced a Flexible Work Policy. Commenting on the work policy, Intel’s Chief People Officer Christy Pambianchi said in March 2022, “I am excited to share that we are officially moving into the future of work at Intel Corporation! As we bring more employees back to many of our campuses, we will be embracing flexibility.”

“While we can’t predict the future, we know for certain that there is no-one-size-fits-all when it comes to working at Intel. Our approach to flexibility will account for the specific needs of different business units, teams, employees, and geographies, and the different work each of us do throughout the year.” She added.

Christy further said, “By embracing flexibility, we can create a dynamic workplace that enables all of us to do our best work. I am excited about the endless possibilities and connection opportunities throughout this transition.”
