TCS Opens MBA Hiring for Batch of 2026; Apply by 11, Feb 2026

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has opened its MBA Hiring Program for the 2026 batch. The program gives management graduates a chance to start their careers with one of India’s largest IT services firms.

The drive is meant for fresh management graduates who want to work with TCS business teams and support large business and digital change programs across clients.

The hiring is open to students enrolled in a two-year full-time MBA, MMS, PGDBA, or PGDM course from a recognized college or university, with graduation in 2026.

Accepted fields include Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, General Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, and similar areas.

Selected candidates will join TCS business and consulting teams within IT services. Their work will include client assignments, business planning tasks, and tech-based business solutions. The program aims to build professionals who can connect business needs with tech delivery.

Step 1: Log in to the TCS NextStep Portal
Step 2: Register and apply for the drive

Scenario A: Existing Users
Candidates already registered under the IT category can log in using their TCS Reference ID (CT/DT number). They must complete the form and click on “Apply for Drive.”

Scenario B: New Users
New candidates should click “Register Now,” select the IT category, fill in all details, submit the form, and then click “Apply for Drive.”

Step 3: Choose the In-Centre test option, select a test center, and apply
Step 4: Check “Track Your Application” to confirm the status shows “Applied for Drive.”

Important Instructions

• The test will be held at test centers. Seats are given on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Shortlisted candidates must bring original academic documents for interviews.
• Test updates will be sent only by TCS iON, the official test partner.
• TCS does not send hiring emails from personal or public email IDs like Gmail or Yahoo.
• TCS does not charge any fee or ask for money at any stage of hiring.
• The company does not use outside agencies for interviews or job offers.

TCS follows strict eligibility rules and a clear selection process. Any false details or failure to meet requirements can lead to rejection at any stage.
