Accenture, a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security will host a conference call at 8:00 a.m. EDT on Thursday, Sept. 23, to discuss its fourth-quarter and fiscal year 2021 financial results.

A news release containing these results will be issued before the call.

To participate, please dial +1 (877) 692-8955 [+1 (234) 720-6979 outside the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada] and enter access code 6450548 approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the call. The conference call will also be accessible live on the Investor Relations section of the Accenture Web site at www.accenture.com.

In the month of June this year, the company shared its Q3 results. Accenture had recorded high Attrition at 17% in its third-quarter (March to May 2021) compared to 11% in the year-ago quarter.

Commenting on Q3 results, Julie Sweet, CEO of Accenture said in June during the earnings call, “We are proud to announce outstanding financial results for the Q3 quarter of fiscal 21, and our return to pre-COVID level financial results a quarter earlier than we expected and with a tough compare.

She had said, “With the demand at an all-time high for technology professionals, employee attrition at Accenture is back to pre-pandemic levels in the hot market.”

“Though it is not the highest the company has seen. It is an industry phenomenon and we are comfortable,” Sweet had further added.

While announcing the results for Q4 of FY21, Accenture may share the numbers of people recruited in the June-August quarter, its hiring plans for the next quarter, attrition rate in August ending quarter, and the most awaited ‘Return to Office’ Plan.

Recently, the company has announced its intent to acquire BENEXT, an independent product consulting company specializing in product management, agile coaching, cloud-based development and data science. However, the financial terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
