Atos hiring freshers and experienced people in India, check details

Atos, a French multinational information technology service and consulting company that has announced its plans to hire 15000 employees in India by this year 2022 invites job applications from freshers and experienced people for various jobs.

Currently, the company has a total headcount of 40,000 plus people in India, and globally Atos has more than 1.0 lakh employees.

Atos invests nearly 400 million euros in India yearly on employee-related bills, together with payroll and skilling. Additionally, India is an important marketplace for the company, which is partnering with the federal government on the Nationwide Supercomputing Mission

The company said on its advertisement page “Here at Atos, we introduce you to our new employer brand, where we inspire candidates and our people to make the right choices, collectively and individually, to shape the future of the information space.”

Elaborating employee benefits the company said, “At Atos, we respect and reward skills, experience, and performance. As Atos operates in 73 countries, our compensation and benefits vary across geographies, while remaining in line with local legislation and preferences,”

“On top of your base salary, you could benefit from a bonus / performance-related pay (depending on your role), meal vouchers, car allowance, pension schemes, insurances, and a whole range of other flexible benefits that you can choose to opt in our out of, depending on the country you work in. In addition, the option of flexible or part-time working is taken up by many of our employees in order to guarantee the work/life balance that they need,” It said

The company further said, “Learning opportunities are open to every employee at Atos. There are a variety of online and offline courses that everyone can take to build up their existing knowledge or to gain completely new skills. We are actively involved in the growth and development of our employees.”

Internal First Programme

Speaking on its Internal First Programme the company said, “At Atos, we believe in the power of our people. So much so, that in 2015 we launched the Internal First programme, which focuses on filling as many of our open vacancies as possible, with existing Atos employees. In 2017 we filled 55% of our positions with internal candidates, in 2018 we achieved 80%, and in 2019 we achieved 81%”

“We create a vibrant internal marketplace for talent, with our employees at the centre – we make our opportunities visible to all employees, we train our managers to recruit against competence rather than hard skills, and we have proactive recruiters who are focused on filling their open positions with Atos employees,” it added.

The company further said, “We promote our vacancies on our internal social collaboration platforms, we run job cafés, internal careers fairs, we encourage employees to put their “Hands Up” if they are interested in changing positions, and a lot more.”
