Wipro Limited, a leading technology services and consulting company, has announced a strategic realignment of its Global Business Lines (GBLs).

The purpose is to better serve clients’ evolving needs and capitalize on emerging opportunities in AI, cloud, and digital transformation. These changes will take effect from April 1, 2025.

Enhancing Client-Centric Solutions

As businesses increasingly demand integrated, outcome-driven solutions, Wipro’s restructuring aims to sharpen its focus on consulting-led and AI-powered services.

“This evolution of our business lines will enable us to further align with client needs, delivering tailored, high-impact transformation,” said Srini Pallia, CEO & Managing Director, Wipro Limited.

New Structure of Global Business Lines

Wipro will continue to operate with four GBLs, each tailored to client buying behavior:

  • Technology Services (led by Nagendra Bandaru): Focused on Digital and Industry Cloud, Cyber Security and Risk Services, Cloud and Infrastructure Services, Data, Analytics and AI, Enterprise Applications, and Designit.
  • Business Process Services (led by Jasjit Singh Kang): Driving digital operations and business process transformation.
  • Consulting Services (led by Amit Kumar): Providing strategic advisory and transformation services.
  • Engineering (led by Srikumar Rao): Continuing to deliver engineering and R&D services.

Leadership Transitions and Continuity

There are no changes to Capco, which will remain under the leadership of Anne-Marie Rowland.

However, Jo Debecker, who previously led Wipro FullStride Cloud, has decided to pursue opportunities outside Wipro.

This restructuring reinforces Wipro’s commitment to innovation and agility, positioning it as a stronger partner in enterprise transformation.
