Virtual Internship in HR, 10 Positions; Apply by January 31, 2026

AICTE and STRIDEHUB have announced the launch of a Virtual Internship in Human Resources (HR), offering students across India the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with core HR practices in a fully remote setting.

Open to candidates from all academic backgrounds and specializations, the internship is designed to build practical skills in recruitment, HR operations, and people management.

The internship will commence immediately and run for three months, with applications open until January 31, 2026.

A total of 10 openings are available under this program. While the internship does not offer a stipend, selected interns will earn two academic credits and gain structured learning and real-world exposure.

Roles and Responsibilities

As part of the program, interns will work closely with STRIDEHUB’s HR team to support key people operations and talent management tasks. Duties include helping with sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and supporting onboarding activities.

Interns will also assist with employee engagement efforts, documentation, HR data tracking, and the preparation of HR reports, while learning about company policies and compliance needs.

The internship suits self-driven individuals with a strong interest in human resources and organizational development. Since the role is fully virtual, it offers flexible work hours and access for students across the country.

On successful completion, interns will receive a Certificate of Completion, with Letters of Recommendation given to top performers. STRIDEHUB stated that the program focuses on learning and performance. While it does not promise full-time roles, it aims to help participants build job-ready skills and professional discipline.

Attendance, timely task completion, and strict adherence to confidentiality and professional conduct are required for certification. Through this initiative, STRIDEHUB continues its efforts to support the development of a skilled HR talent pool that meets the needs of modern organizations.
