TCS Opens Hiring for Engineering Graduates, Salary up to ₹12.26 LPA; Apply by March 20

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has opened registrations for the Hiring Drive 2026, inviting engineering and postgraduate technology graduates from across India to apply.
The program aims to recruit fresh engineering talent for several roles within the company’s global digital services network.
The company is hiring through TCS NQT, which is the main entry route for candidates to join the company under three career tracks — Prime, Digital, and Ninja.
Placement in these tracks depends on performance in the assessment and interview stages.
Eligibility Criteria
Students graduating in 2025 and 2026 can apply if they hold degrees such as B.E., B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech., MCA, or M.Sc. from recognized institutions.
Applicants must have at least 60 percent aggregate in Class 10, Class 12, and graduation. Candidates should also have no active backlogs during the selection process.
Salary and Career Tracks
Under the NQT hiring model, candidates may receive offers in different salary ranges based on their performance.
- Prime roles: up to about ₹9.66 LPA for undergraduates and ₹12.26 LPA for postgraduates
- Digital roles: around ₹7–8 LPA
- Ninja roles: entry-level positions with competitive pay
These roles allow graduates to work on technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
Test Pattern
The NQT exam usually has two sections — Foundation and Advanced. The test checks candidates on:
- Numerical ability
- Reasoning ability
- Verbal ability
- Advanced quantitative reasoning
- Coding skills
Candidates aiming for Digital or Prime roles must attempt the Advanced section.
