TCS Opens Innovation Center to Support Future Manufacturing

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has opened its seventh Gemini Experience Center at its Innovation Hub in Troy, Michigan. The center is part of the company’s global plan to grow its network of technology hubs that support research, testing, and industry work.

The Troy location is the second Gemini Experience Center in the United States. The first U.S. center opened in New York City through a partnership with Google Cloud. Both centers help companies test new technology and move faster with digital programs.

The new Michigan center focuses on Physical AI for manufacturing. Physical AI combines artificial intelligence with robots, sensors, digital twins, and automated systems. These tools help factories run better and support daily operations on the production floor.

Through the center, TCS will work with manufacturers to build smarter factories, improve production lines, and raise overall efficiency.

Troy sits in one of North America’s key manufacturing regions. This location allows TCS to work closely with automotive companies, industrial equipment makers, and advanced manufacturing firms. The center gives businesses a place to test AI systems, build early versions of new tools, and work with experts before rolling them out across global operations.

The Gemini Experience Center will also show practical uses in areas such as smart manufacturing, predictive maintenance, supply chain planning, and self-operating industrial systems.

By bringing together its industry knowledge with cloud, AI, and engineering skills, TCS aims to help companies adopt modern manufacturing technology faster.

With the launch of the Troy center, TCS, Tata Group continues to grow its presence in the United States and expand its global network of innovation hubs that support companies adopting AI in industry.
