Vodafone Idea Appoints Subitha Pallithara as VP – Rewards

Vodafone Idea Limited, a leading telecom operator in India, has appointed Subitha Pallithara as Vice President – Rewards.
She is based in Mumbai and started the role in March 2026. In this role, she will lead employee rewards, improve benefits, align pay with performance, update policies, and support business goals while ensuring fair and competitive compensation across teams and business functions.
Extensive Experience
Subitha has 15 years of experience in pay, benefits, and talent management across large companies. Before this, she worked at Arvind Limited as Group Head – Rewards & Performance.
At Arvind Limited, she handled company-wide work on pay design, performance systems, and employee engagement for over five years. Her work focused on building reward plans that could grow with the company.
Subitha also worked at DBS Bank as Senior Manager – Rewards, where she helped improve pay systems in the banking sector. Earlier, she spent nearly six years at L’Oréal in roles across rewards and hiring. She worked on policy design, global mobility, pay benchmarking, and employee benefits.
She started her career at L’Oréal as a management trainee after completing her MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development.
She also holds a Company Law qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
