A Veteran in Human Capital & Tech

Prajwal UI brings over 20 years of multifaceted experience in human resources leadership and HR technology.

His expertise spans talent management, diversity and inclusion (D&I), and SAP HCM-driven automation.

Before joining AHEAD, Prajwal served as Director – Human Resources at Unisys India, where he was instrumental in scaling hybrid teams.

His career also includes a significant 11-year tenure at Wipro Technologies, where he led HR for the Telecom Business Unit and managed the integration of US-based acquisitions. His foundational years included roles at tech giants like Infosys and SAP India.

Strategizing for a “Viksit Bharat” Tech Era

Expressing his vision for the new role, Prajwal stated that AHEAD’s focus on integrated platforms aligns with his philosophy that people and technology must evolve in tandem.

He aims to strengthen scalable operations to support AHEAD’s rapid growth in the region.
