Axtria Appoints Jitander as Lead Strategic HRBP & People Partner
Axtria – Ingenious Insights, a global leader in cloud software and data analytics for the life sciences industry, has appointed Jitander Vashisht as Lead Strategic HRBP and People Partner.
In his new role, Jitander Vashisht will spearhead strategic human resources business partnering (HRBP) and people initiatives at Axtria.
As a “People Partner,” Jitander will focus on enhancing employee engagement, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving organizational effectiveness across Axtria’s expanding global footprint, particularly within its critical innovation centers in India.
Jitander Vashisht’s Professional Journey and Educational Qualifications
Jitander Vashisht brings over 16 years of comprehensive experience in human resources, specializing in strategic HRBP, culture transformation, and organizational development.
Most recently, he served as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Trinity Life Sciences.
In this role, he managed large-scale talent initiatives within the life sciences consulting domain.
Prior to that, he held the position of Head of HR at D Cube Analytics. He also served as a Strategic People Partner for Culture & HR Transformation at UpGrad.
His career is further distinguished by leadership roles such as Strategic Leader – HR at Pearl Academy and HR Manager at Orange Business Services.
His foundational experience includes tenures as an HR Professional in India HR Shared Services at Fidelity International and as an HR Team Lead at Aon.
On the academic front, Jitander has consistently invested in high-level specialized training.
He completed the Executive Program in Strategic Human Resource Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta.
This advanced certification complemented his foundational education, which includes a Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities from Delhi University.
