LinkedIn Promotes Santosh Dsouza to Sr. Dir. – Talent Solutions
LinkedIn has promoted Santosh Dsouza to the position of Senior Director – Talent Solutions for the India and SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) region.
The elevation, effective early January 2026, reinforces LinkedIn’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team in one of its most critical growth markets globally.
A Decade of Impact at LinkedIn
Santosh is a LinkedIn veteran with over 13 years of experience at the professional networking giant.
Prior to this promotion, he served as Director of Sales for Talent Solutions, where he was instrumental in driving the company’s business across South India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
In his new capacity as Senior Director, Santosh will lead the entire Talent Solutions business for India and the SAARC region.
His mandate includes overseeing customer acquisition, retention strategies, and the expansion of LinkedIn’s corporate and staffing verticals.
He will manage a high-performing team of sales leaders and representatives dedicated to helping organizations leverage LinkedIn’s suite of hiring and branding tools.
Deep Expertise in Digital Solutions
Before joining LinkedIn, Santosh built a formidable career in business development and sales across the mobile and internet sectors.
He held pivotal leadership roles at Nokia, where he managed merchant acquisitions for Nokia Money.
He also worked at Times Internet Ltd, where he spearheaded major e-commerce initiatives.
His resume also includes stints at Rediff.com and Hindustan Lever.
Santosh holds a Post Graduate programme in empowered Management and Business Administration (PGeMBA) in Marketing from the Mumbai Educational Trust (MET).
He also earned a Master of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
