Prior to this, Ruby was working with EFS Facilities Services Group (EFS) as a Head- Human Resources for over 1 year.
She confirmed the development on social media and said, it’s been a month now, I have joined back Macawber Beekay Pvt Ltd. as Head HR and I am super excited to announce my come back after 4 years. I am overwhelmed with the feelings of homecoming here the way I was welcomed back, and the way people are giving me respect and trust.”

Ruby has nearly 19 years of experience in the HR domain. Her earlier stints include working with BEUMER Group, Angel Broking Limited, Reliance Retail Limited, and Traxon India. In her earlier tenure at Macawber Beekay, Ruby was Head- HR from Jul 2016 – May 2019.
She started her career with ITC Limited (ITD Division) as HR Executive. In this role, she was responsible for HR & IR activity including Transfers, Promotions, etc.
Ruby holds her Master in Business Administration (MBA), Human Resources from the Ishan Institute of Management and Technology.
