Reliance Jio elevates Harjeet Khanduja as Senior Vice President- HR

Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, doing business as Jio has elevated Harjeet Khanduja as Senior Vice President- HR. Earlier he was working as Vice President- Human Resources for over 8 years.

Prior to joining Reliance Jio, Harjeet has been associated with Atos as Chief Human Resources Officer, wherein he was responsible to manage the entire gamut of HR for the organization.

He is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and INSEAD. His experience spans a range of industry sectors that include Automotive, Manufacturing, Pharma, Alternate Energy, IT-ITES, Telecom, Digital, Healthcare, and Retail and has worked with Business Houses like Tata, Reliance, and Piramal. 

Harjeet Khanduja is an international speaker, author, poet, influencer, inventor, and HR leader. He has 3 published patents and his book “Nothing About Business” is an Amazon bestseller.

Harjeet has been a LinkedIn Power Profile, TEDx speaker, Guest Faculty at IIM Ahmedabad, Board Member of Federation of World Academics, and Global Digital Ambassador. Harjeet features in Top 100 Global Thought Leaders 2021.

He has been associated with various NGOs like Council of Technical Scholars, Anuthi (NGO focused on education of disabled).

Harjeet did BE in Industrial Engineering from IIT Roorkee and earned MBA in General Management Honors from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
