Bharat Supply to Hire 500+ Local Youth for New Rural Hubs

Logistics startup Bharat Supply has announced a massive regional expansion across Central India, marking one of its most significant growth phases to date.
On February 19, 2026, the company revealed plans to establish 40 new distribution centers across Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and adjoining states.
This move is set to generate direct employment for over 500 local youth, with recruitment already underway for roles in delivery operations, warehouse management, logistics coordination, and partner support.
Bharat Supply Strengthening the “Real Bharat” Supply Chain
The expansion focuses on high-growth Tier-2, Tier-3, and rural markets that have traditionally suffered from supply fragmentation.
The newly established hubs will serve as critical distribution nodes in key towns including Shahdol, Balaghat, Neemuch, Unnao, Jhansi, and Prayagraj, as well as their surrounding rural clusters.
These distribution centers are designed as hyperlocal supply hubs that:
- Streamline Fulfillment: Break down bulk shipments into retailer-ready orders for daily dispatch.
- Manage Inventory: Maintain local stock of FMCG products and agri-inputs to prevent stock-outs.
- Provide Localized Support: Coordinate delivery teams and handle returns or issue resolutions in real-time.
Driving Economic Inclusion and “Viksit Bharat”
The initiative aligns with the government’s Viksit Bharat vision, which emphasizes infrastructure-led growth and rural supply chain digitization.
By positioning hubs closer to underserved markets, Bharat Supply aims to eliminate last-mile bottlenecks for small retailers and rural micro-entrepreneurs.
Taranbir Singh, CEO of Bharat Supply, stated that Central India is one of the country’s most dynamic non-metro consumption corridors.
However, he noted that supply inefficiencies often limit the potential of local markets.
“Our focus remains on building a dependable, technology-enabled supply network that supports India’s growth ambitions and strengthens grassroots commerce,” Taranbir added.
A Tech-Enabled Logistics Powerhouse
Connect India and the logistics arm of Faarms formed Bharat Supply through a 2025 merger.
Since then, the company has rapidly emerged as a leader in beyond-metro logistics.
The company already covers over 230 districts and 2 lakh villages.
With this latest expansion, the company moves closer to its primary goal. It aims to become the logistics backbone for the “next 500 million” consumers in India.
