Omega Healthcare Appoints Viral Bansal as Chief People Officer

Omega Healthcare Management Services has appointed Viral Bansal as Chief People Officer, effective March 2026.
Based in Bengaluru, he will lead the company’s global human resources strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational transformation, and employee experience.
Extensive Experience
Viral brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across global organizations.
Prior to joining Omega Healthcare, he served as Founding Member and Head of People & Culture at CheQ, where he played a key role in building the company’s people strategy alongside customer experience functions.
Before that, he spent more than 16 years at Genpact, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including Vice President – Human Resources.
During his tenure at Genpact, Bansal led large-scale HR initiatives across diverse business units, including Banking and Capital Markets and Genpact Digital.
He managed talent strategies for workforces exceeding 10,000 employees and spearheaded total rewards transformation for over 50,000 employees in India.
His expertise spans compensation and benefits, HR business partnership, mergers and acquisitions integration, and performance management.
