A lifestyle brand focused on gaming content, esports, and apparel, 100 Thieves has laid off dozens of employees.
The recent layoff are reported on July 13 the reasons yet unknown. The company has laid off several employees across both its social media and content teams in a major shakeup for the esports, media, and apparel company, including senior staff and executives.
Megan Sirijariyavat, Production Assistant shared the post on social media, “Like, many of my amazing friends/colleagues, I have been affected by the lay-offs at 100 Thieves.”
“My time there was short but that doesn’t take away from all the connections I have made and all the experience I have gained. It was a dream come true to be able to work for an organization like 100 Thieves. I’m ready for wherever I go next and looking forward to the new opportunities that are ahead of me!”, she added.
Employees hit by the layoffs expressed their gratitude for the time spent with 100 Thieves and shared their experience on Twitter.
