Sonam Arora joins E2E Cloud as Head – People & Culture
E2E Cloud has appointed Sonam Arora as its Head – People & Culture, strengthening leadership and people strategy.
In her new role, she will spearhead the company’s people agenda, focusing on talent strategy, organizational development, culture building, and aligning HR practices with business growth objectives.
Extensive Experience
Sonam brings close to two decades of experience across technology, gaming, fintech, digital media, and consumer-led organizations. Most recently, she served as VP – People & Culture at Baazi Games, where she led strategic workforce planning and strengthened employee engagement frameworks.
Prior to that, she held leadership roles at The Good Glamm Group, overseeing HR for retail and corporate functions.
Her earlier assignments include HR Head at INDmoney and AGM – HR at HT Digital Streams. She also played a key HR business partnering role at Go-MMT Partner Community, supporting multiple lines of business, including technology, product, hotels, flights, and marketing.
Sonam holds an MBA in International Business & HR from Amity University and a BA in Retailing & Trade from Delhi University.
Recognized for her strengths in strategic HR leadership and culture transformation, Sonam is expected to play a critical role in shaping E2E Cloud’s people strategy as the company enters its next growth phase.
