Turner Appoints Rashmi Dhiman as Head- HR, Technical Services, India

Turner Construction Company has appointed Rashmi Dhiman as Head – Human Resources for its Turner Technical Services business in India, starting March 2026.

In this role, she will manage the full HR function, focusing on people plans, talent growth, and strong team performance as the company expands in India.

Extensive Experience

Rashmi brings more than 25 years of experience across construction, engineering, and services. They have a solid record of linking HR plans with business goals.

Before joining Turner, she worked as DGM – HR (India) at Travel Food Services Limited. There, she led hiring, employee movement, and engagement programs across the country. Rashmi also handled grievance cases, ensured POSH compliance, and helped roll out a nationwide e-recruitment system.

Earlier, during a long stint at Legrand India, she held several HR roles, including Human Resources Business Partner. Rashmi helped shape HR plans for North and East regions, improved performance systems, and supported HR digital systems on Oracle platforms. She also worked on diversity hiring, campus hiring, and employer branding, along with CSR work and setting up technical training centers.

Her career also includes roles at ABC Consultants, Personnel Search Services Group, and maptalent, where she built strong skills in executive hiring, business growth, and talent planning for infrastructure and engineering sectors.

At Turner, Rashmi will help build strong teams, improve performance, and support the company’s growth plans in India.

She earned a Strategic HR Leadership certificate from XLRI Delhi-NCR, completed an Executive HRM programme from IIM Kozhikode, and holds a PGDM (MBA equivalent) from AIMA-CME (1997–1999).
