Alde Medi Impex Appoints Parag Bhatnagar as Vice President – HR

Alde Medi Impex Limited, a leading pharmaceutical company focused on multiple super specialty segments, has appointed Parag Bhatnagar as Vice President – Human Resources, effective February 2026.

In this role, he will lead all areas of Human Resources, guiding people practices and workplace culture across the organization.

Extensive Experience

With over 25 years of HR leadership experience, Parag joins Alde Medi Impex Limited from Biodeal Pharmaceuticals Limited, where he served as Corporate HR Head. He led restructuring across HR and Administration, Domestic Business Development, Operations, Legal, and Institutional Sales.

He managed third-party HR audits, introduced an HRMS, improved employee engagement, and supported the onboarding of senior leaders. He also led the company’s 20th anniversary event, a three-day conference attended by delegates from 16 countries.

Earlier, as CHRO at Supertech Limited, he handled HR strategy and operations for more than 5,000 employees across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail businesses in North India.

Parag has also held senior HR roles at MBD Group and Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts.

He completed an Advanced HR Management MDP from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and holds a Master of Social Work (HR & Social Welfare) from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University.
