Capgemini, a French multinational information technology (IT) services and consulting company, has elevated Tarunpreet Singh Pahwa to Senior Director – Global Strategic Deals, Talent Solutions & HR Analytics.
Since joining Capgemini in 2022, he has played a pivotal role in shaping Global HR Analytics and Talent Solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making and scalable people strategies.
In his expanded role, Tarunpreet leads end-to-end talent integration for global deals, aligning workforce strategy, analytics, culture, and scalable solutions to drive growth and transformation.

A strategic HR professional with over 18 years of rich experience in human resources, cross-industry, Tarunpreet is known for driving efficiency, strengthening organisational culture, and building future-ready talent strategies.
His work spans change management, talent economics, workforce transformation, talent rebadging, and M&A integrations, helping clients navigate complex people and business transitions.
Before Capgemini, Tarunpreet built a strong HR leadership foundation with organisations such as EXL, HDFC Bank, and Vedanta Resources Plc, gaining exposure across BFSI, analytics, and large industrial ecosystems.
His career reflects a consistent focus on enhancing employee experience and strengthening employer value propositions (EVP) through innovative and pragmatic HR interventions.
An alumnus of University Business School, Panjab University, Tarunpreet holds an MBA in Human Resources (2006–2008). He has also completed an eMDP in Strategic Management from IIM Kozhikode (2019).
