GD Goenka Group Appoints HR Leader Dr. Neeta Pant as CHRO

With over 22 years of experience in human resources leadership, Neeta brings a wealth of expertise in HR policy development, organizational growth, and strategic human resource management.

Her career began with a strong foundation in clinical psychology and social work, which has provided her with a unique perspective on workplace well-being and employee engagement.

Over the years, she has been recognized for her visionary leadership and ability to implement transformative HR initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and align HR strategies with business goals.

Role at GD Goenka Group

As the CHRO of GD Goenka Group, Neeta will oversee HR strategy, talent management, and workforce development.

Her responsibilities include enhancing HR policies and streamlining processes.

She also focuses on driving a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization’s extensive network of 240+ schools and its renowned university.

Her expertise in HR transformation and policy development will be instrumental in aligning the group’s workforce strategies with its broader objectives.

Career Journey, Educational Background and Certifications

Dr. Neeta Pant’s illustrious career spans over two decades. During this time, she has held key leadership roles across the education, healthcare, and financial services sectors.

Prior to joining GD Goenka Group, she served as the Head of Human Resources at Pathways School Gurugram. She held this role for nearly 12 years.

In this role, she led HR strategy, talent management, and executive coaching initiatives.

These efforts aligned HR functions with the institution’s commitment to educational excellence.

Neeta’s academic credentials are as impressive as her professional achievements.

She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and dual MBA degrees in Human Resources and Marketing. Additionally, she has earned Master’s degrees in Psychology and English.

Her certifications include being a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Trainer.

She is also a Soft Skills Trainer, a Graphologist, and an Executive Life Coach.
