Netradyne appoints Pooja Madappa as Vice President- HR

Advanced AI fleet safety platform, Netradyne has announced the appointment of Pooja Madappa as Vice President- Human Resources.

Pooja has confirmed the development on social media and said, ” I’m happy to share that I’ve joined Netradyne as Vice President- Human Resources.”

“It’s an exciting time as I start a new chapter in my professional journey!”, Pooja added.

Pooja is an HR professional with more than 17 years of experience cutting across the entire gamut of HR- Staffing, HR Programs, Talent Management & Engagement, Rewards, Learning Solutions, Change Management, Mergers & acquisitions, and Diversity and Inclusion.

Avneesh Agrawal, Co-Founder, and CEO, Netradyne, said, “We are a global company, and attracting and retaining talent is extremely critical for Netradyne to continue inventing and evolving road-safety solutions. Pooja’s diverse experience in the Human Resource domain will play a key role in enhancing our work culture and developing people, the core of our business.”

Prior to Netradyne, Pooja was associated with Schneider Electric as General Manager- HR. She has led various leadership roles within the organization.

Pooja Madappa, VP – HR, Netradyne, said, “With a massive growth of 300 percent year-on-year over the last three years, my objective, as VP- Human Resources, will be to articulate the people strategy for India, aligned with the company vision.”

“I will be supporting the organization’s overall strategic direction across Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Talent & Performance Management, Rewards, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and nurturing the brand to be recognized as one to create an enriching employee experience for our people”, Pooja said.

Pooja further said, “As Netradyne is paving its way into other markets in APAC, Europe, Australia & New Zealand, my role will also involve supporting the people’s mission for these regions,” Madappa added.

“Following my passion, exercising humility, and believing in myself have truly helped build my HR career, with a clear focus on creating meaningful employee experience through various people solutions and forging strong relations with the leadership and the people who are valuable assets for any organization,” Pooja added.

Previously, Pooja was associated with Intel as India HR-Staffing / HR Programs. She is an alumnus of St. Josephs College of Business Administration (SJCBA).
