Servotech Elevates Vipin Kaushik as Chief Financial Officer


Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd., a prominent player in India’s EV charging and renewable energy sector, has announced the promotion of Vipin Kaushik to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).
Effective April 1, 2026, this elevation follows a rigorous selection process and unanimous approval by the company’s Nomination, Remuneration, and Audit Committees.
Servotech CFO: A Seasoned Finance Veteran at the Helm
Vipin Kaushik brings over two decades of high-level experience to his new role, having previously served as the company’s Financial Controller.
A Chartered Accountant and postgraduate from Gujarat University, Vipin’s career features significant tenures at major organizations including ICICI Bank, Delhivery Ltd., and V2 Retail Ltd.
His technical toolkit is notably diverse. He holds diplomas in International Financial Reporting and specialized certifications in AI, GST, and Independent Directorship.
This blend of traditional financial rigor and modern technological fluency positions him as a contemporary leader.
He is capable of navigating the complex fiscal landscapes of the green energy sector.

As CFO, Vipin will lead Servotech’s financial operations and strengthen its risk management frameworks.
