MPS Limited Appoints Deepti Singh as Chief People Officer

MPS Limited, a leading global provider of content, platforms, and learning solutions, announced the appointment of Deepti Singh as Chief People Officer (CPO), effective March 23, 2026.

In this new role, she will lead the global people function and focus on building a strong work culture. She will work on improving team performance, shaping talent plans, and supporting business goals.

Extensive Experience and Background

Deepti Singh is a global human resources leader with more than 16 years of experience working with fast-growing technology companies in India and North America.

Before joining MPS Limited, most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Chief of Staff at Incedo Inc. In this role, she worked closely with senior leaders to support business plans and scale teams across global operations.

Before that, she held important roles at Flipkart during a period of rapid growth. She also served as Chief of Staff to both the Chief People Officer and the Chief Operating Officer, where she supported key leadership efforts.

She started her career at Target India, where she built a strong base in human resources and organizational development.

Deepti holds a Bachelor of Technology in Genetic Engineering and a PGDM in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
