Manish Kumar joins Ziqitza Healthcare Limited as Chief Human Resource Officer.
Ziqitza Health Care Limited (ZHL) is one of the largest Ambulance service providers in Asia and has been a pioneer in the Emergency Medical Response Services and Patient Transport Services in India since 2005. ZHL was set up by a group of young professionals who, after their training in the US and entrepreneurial projects in India, realized the acute need for an organized and networked Ambulance service in India, which would also be the fastest emergency response service.
Manish’s last professional assignment was as Head- People Services and Delivery, India Region for Royal Bank of Scotland (Indian Region), where he leads a team of 200 professionals and was providing support to around 15,000 colleagues. His overall experience comes from a mix of both large Indian organizations and a niche of MNCs, making him dynamic in all the roles presented to him. Some of these organizations include the likes of Dhanlaxmi Bank, IDFC Limited, Alkem Laboratories, Reliance Mutual Funds, ICICI Bank, Mannesmann Demag, and Kodak India Limited.
Manish did graduation in sociology and political science from Lucknow University and holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
