SAP appoints Chetna Singh as Head of Human Resources for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, specifically for its Go-to-Market (GTM) organization encompassing Sales and Customer Success.

In her new role, Singh will lead the people agenda across SAP’s fastest-growing region and play a key role in driving cross-sales transformation initiatives, leveraging her strong background in Total Rewards.

She expressed excitement about partnering with Angela Todisco, Laura Lowe, and the broader Customer Success People & Culture and business community to accelerate SAP’s growth in the region.

Broadening Horizons Beyond Total Rewards

Commenting on her new position, Chetna expressed enthusiasm about stepping beyond her core domain. “This is a great opportunity to step out of Total Rewards as my comfort zone and broaden my portfolio to lead the people agenda for the fastest growth region for SAP,” she said.

She further added, “I will also support cross-sales transformation topics to leverage my Total Rewards experiences!”

Her move signifies a strategic shift to expand her impact on talent strategy and business transformation across the EMEA region.

A Seasoned HR Professional with Global Experience

Chetna Singh brings nearly 25 years of HR experience to her new role. She joined SAP in January 2012 and has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s Total Rewards strategy until December 2024.

Her deep understanding of compensation, benefits, and global rewards frameworks makes her uniquely positioned to influence broader organizational transformations.

Before her tenure at SAP, Chetna held impactful HR roles at J.P. Morgan and Cisco, where she further sharpened her skills in compensation strategy and people management.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the prestigious Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS).
