Asian Paints appoints Savitha Shivsankar as CHRO

Mumbai-headquartered, Asian Paints announces the appointment of Savitha Shivsankar as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective from this month.

In her new role, Savitha is leading the entire gamut of people and culture agenda of Asian Paints globally. She has over 20 years of experience spanning various industries and diverse aspects of the HR function.

Before joining Asian Paints, she was associated with Novartis as Head – Talent Organisational Development and Inclusion for almost 3 years.

And earlier, she has been associated with brand organisations like Diageo, Mondelēz International, ITC, and Castrol India.

Savitha is an alumna of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
