Pradeep Jumani joins Kovai.co after a distinguished tenure at Prodapt, where he held several key HR leadership positions.

Most recently, he served as the Global Head of HR, spearheading people strategy, business alignment, and talent transformation across multiple geographies.

His role involved driving initiatives in talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development, which contributed significantly to Prodapt’s growth.

Before his global leadership role, Pradeep served as Director of Human Resources for Prodapt India & Europe.

In this role, he oversaw compensation reviews, policy formulation, and employee engagement programs.

His earlier roles included Associate Director of Human Resources, focusing on workforce planning and HR operations.

Pradeep also worked at Telcordia Technologies India as AVP of Human Resources, overseeing HR strategy for India and the APAC region.

Pradeep holds an MBA in Human Resources from the prestigious Vellore Institute of Technology.

His expertise spans HR strategy, workforce management, and leadership development.

His meticulous approach focuses on aligning business objectives with workforce development. This alignment is expected to be crucial for Kovai.co’s ongoing success.
