An omni-channel beverage brand, Chai Point is planning to hire nearly 2,000 store staff over the next 20-24 months in Tier 3 and 4 cities.

Amolik Singh Bajral, Co-Founding CEO, Chai Point, says, “We are seeing a resurgence in our Walk-in Channel and Fresh Drink Dispenser-led Office Channel. We are seeing a resurgence in our distributor base.”

“We are also investing more and the delivery channel is also seeing strong growth. Since all the business channels are seeing huge growth, naturally our jobs are also keeping pace with the growth. And instead of competing with other retailers in both non-F&B locations, expand your hiring pool base to smaller cities to hire a limited staff”, Amolik Singh Bajral added.

The company has launched a unique initiative to create job opportunities for young people. The Shark team has 50+members based out of Bangalore. The overall employee base is 1500+.

The company has a presence in 18 cities across India with 150 company-owned Chai Point stores and 3000+Tea & Coffee dispensers (Box C) and its packaged portfolio is increasingly becoming available in online & offline channels.
