Broadridge India appoints former Dell Ritu Rakhra as Head – HR

A global Fintech leader, Broadridge India has announced the appointment of Ritu Rakhra as Head – Human Resources. She will be based in Bengaluru.

She will report to Richard Stingi – Global CHRO and Sheenam Ohrie – India Managing Director both.

Ritu has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “After 20 wonderful years at Dell, I have taken up the role of the Head of Human Resources at Broadridge Financial Services India.”

Ritu has over 24 years of experience in various domain of human resources. She is a strategic Human Resource Leader with deep expertise in multiple HR domains – Country and Site leadership, HR Business Partnering, Compensation, and Benefits, HR Shared Services, Mergers and Acquisitions. She is backed by an ability to lead & inspire team members from diverse cultures, and backgrounds.

She joins Broadridge India from Dell where she was Regional HR Leader – India. In this role, she was responsible for leading the Regional HR function for Dell in India with a diverse workforce of over 25k team members across 7 locations.

Previously, Ritu was associated with IBM as Deputy General Manager – HR BTO. She started her career working with Hewitt Associates as a C&B consultant.

She holds her Master’s Degree, in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Carmel College, India.
