Reckitt elevates Divya Dhall as HR Director

A British multinational consumer goods company, Reckitt has elevated Divya Dhall to HR Director. In this role, she will be responsible for collaborating with the Global HR Leadership team to spearhead HR priorities and lead HR4HR globally.

She has been associated with the organization since 2020 and most recently before the elevation she was working as HR Head – Commercial Functions.

Commenting on her appointment Divya said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as HR Director at Reckitt, collaborating with the Global HR Leadership Team on HR priorities and leading HR4HR globally.”

Divya has overall 15 years of experience with 13 years in Human Resources in the Consumer Goods & IT industry. She has experience in spearheading the DE&I strategy and agenda for the Indian market.

Before joining Reckitt in 2020, she was associated with Colgate-Palmolive as Head – Commercial HR. In this role, she was responsible for HR Lead for Commercial (Sales & Marketing) functions at Colgate-Palmolive and leading a team of HR managers based at the four Branch locations and the Head Office.

Her previous stints also include working with Dell as an HR Generalist Advisor. In this role, she was responsible for HR Business Partner supporting EMEA & ANZ Sales teams (Small, Medium, and Large Businesses).

Divya holds her Master’s in Business Administration from the Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and completed her Bachelor of Science (BSc) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
