Dhanashree Thakkar, Head- HR, Bharti AXA Life Insurance. She is a psychologist by qualification and has over 20 years of experience in HR. Prior to joining Bharti Axa, she was working as Chief People Officer – Corporate Group Resources at Future Group India. Previously she has also associated with companies like Korn Ferry Hay Group, Kotak Life Insurance, McDonald's India, and Mahindra Group.
