Accenture Expands Footprint in Noida with Massive New Office Space

Global professional services firm Accenture in India has expanded its footprint in Noida by opening a new office at Sector 132.

The company has leased approximately 1.65 lakh square feet of managed workspace from Onward Workspaces, reinforcing the growing demand for flexible and scalable office solutions.

The office is located at the ‘Ace Capitol’ centre and has been designed as a modern, collaborative workspace aligned with hybrid working trends.

The facility, handed over on March 1, 2026, accommodates around 1,460 workstations, reflecting Accenture’s continued investment in talent and infrastructure in the NCR region.

Onward Workspaces Strengthens Enterprise Portfolio

Founded in 2019, Onward Workspaces has emerged as a key player in the managed office space segment, with over 8 lakh square feet under management across Delhi-NCR.

The company focuses on delivering customised, design-led workspaces that cater to large enterprises seeking agility and efficiency.

This deal with Accenture marks another milestone in its enterprise leasing portfolio, showcasing the increasing preference of global firms for managed workspace providers over traditional office setups.

Flexible Workspace Demand on the Rise

According to Colliers, co-working and managed workspace operators are expected to lease between 15–18 million sq ft in 2026.

This would account for 20–25% of total leasing activity across major cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata.

This is a notable increase from the 13 million sq ft leased in the previous year, underlining strong growth driven by enterprise demand for cost-efficient and flexible office models.

Other Accenture Offices in Noida

Apart from the newly leased facility, Accenture already operates multiple offices in Noida, making it one of its key delivery hubs in North India:

• Sector 135 (SEZ Campus):
  A major Accenture campus located at Infospace SEZ, Plot No. 20 & 21, housing multiple buildings and large-scale operations.
• Sector 135 (Seaview Developer Complex):
  Another office within the same micro-market, operating from Building No. 3 near Seaview Developer.
• Sector 62 (Green Boulevard):
  A long-standing Accenture office located at Green Boulevard, Tower B & C, a prominent IT hub in Noida.

These locations highlight Accenture’s strong and growing presence in Noida, particularly across key IT corridors such as Sector 62 and Sector 135, which are known for hosting major global technology and consulting firms.
