Adani Green Energy appoints Pramath Nath as Head – HR

A part of India-based Adani Group, Adani Green Energy Ltd has announced the appointment of Pramath Nath as Head – HR. He will be based in Ahmedabad.

Pramath Nath has confirmed the development on social media and said, “At this stage of life, it was an ardent aspiration to work in an Indian MNC and contribute my mite in #nationbuilding. What better place than the Adani Group to fulfil my #Purpose in life! As Head – HR of Adani Green Energy Ltd.”

Pramath Nath is an HR professional with 25 years of experience in managing diverse facets of Business Transformation and Human Resources (HR).

His specialization spans union management, industrial (employee) relations, talent management, start-ups, and post-merger integration. His experience includes working across industries like pharmaceutical manufacturing, hospitality, retail, information technology, shared services, consulting, and power.

Prior to Adani Green Energy Ltd, Pramath Nath was CHRO of GE’s Steam Power business in India & APAC. His role involved working on the entire gamut of HR business partnerships and managing a unionized workforce in manufacturing plants, and contractual and permanent employees at project sites and offices.

Pramath’s role encompassed leading HR for an Indian stock exchange publicly listed entity named GE Power India Limited in India working with the Independent Directors of the Board and the senior management on people priorities. He also led CSR and Facilities for India.

In his previous assignment, he was Executive Director – Human Resources leading the function for the Advisory Practice in KPMG India.

And earlier, he worked at the regional level in Asia Pacific as well as in a global role managing talent for senior executives across the globe at Hewlett Packard.

Pramath holds his MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, and completed his LL.B from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. He is a certified Trainer from the Indian Society for Training and Development, Delhi.
