Bert Labs appoints Sameer Rajpal as Human Capital Leader

A global new age deep tech company, Bert Labs has announced the appointment of Sameer Rajpal as Bert’s Human Capital Leader.

In this role, Sameer will be responsible for building Bert Labs brand into one of the most admired companies.

Further, he will be responsible for aligning the vision, and strategy with research, planning, and implementation of best talent acquisition practices as part of the Bert Process, to meet the requirements of the company from time to time.

Rohit Kochar, Founder, Executive Chairman & CEO, Bert Labs, said, “Sameer comes with proven track record and has worked with many well-known companies, so at Bert Labs we are looking forward him to co-owning the responsibility of identifying and retaining talent, implementing learning & development modules, HR strategy aligned to the business objectives and company HR initiatives.

“I am extending a warm welcome to Sameer and look forward to his methods in leadership development to take shape and transform Bert Labs into a great place to work,” Rohit Kochar added.

Sameer Rajpal, Bert Human Capital Leader, said, “With close to two decades of experience in strategic and innovative human resource management practices, high performing talent acquisition, organizational change management, performance & competency-based management in India and in global settings I am delighted to be a part of Bert Labs.

“I am fascinated with the energy here and looking forward to managing the HR process including human resource planning, recruitments, employee welfare & general administration and effectively demonstrating the abilities in evolving HR systems, policies, and compensation,” Sameer said.

Sameer has nearly two decades of experience. Prior to the current organization, he was associated with Reliance Industries Limited.

Previously, Sameer has worked with Kotak Education Foundation, Simplified IT Solutions, and Wipro Infotech. He is an alumnus of SP Jain School of Global Management, XLRI Jamshedpur, and Amravati University.
