Carlsberg Group gets Vandana Kapur as VP- Human Resources

One of the leading brewery groups, Carlsberg Group has appointed Vandana Kapur as Vice President- Human Resources.

In this new role, she will be responsible for organization effectiveness, talent management, and the strengthening of DE&I at Carlsberg Group.

Nilesh Patel, Managing Director, Carlsberg India said, “We are deeply committed to becoming an employer of choice and to create inclusive opportunities.”

“The vast experience that Kapur brings with her will contribute significantly to achieving our purpose to brew for a better tomorrow,” Nilesh Patel added.

With almost 23 years of experience in Entrepreneurship, Consulting, and Corporate roles, she has excelled in Global HR and OD positions. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed intricate, matrixed teams and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a leader, she has demonstrated exceptional achievements across all facets of HR.

Vandana has experience in Setting up a Business, Acquisitions, Leadership turnaround, Building World Class Talent Management Practices, and Employee Engagement.

Prior to Carlsberg Group, she was associated with Agilent Technologies as Country Human Resources Head. Her earlier stints include working with Centrient Pharmaceuticals, DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals, and Manford Coretech.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Global Business Operations, – International Business, Human Resources, Organization Design & Development from Sri Ram College of Commerce.
