Industry veteran Sunil Ranjhan has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Dixon Technologies.

As the newly appointed CHRO, Sunil Ranjhan will play a pivotal role in shaping Dixon Technologies’ HR strategy. His responsibilities include creating an engaging workplace environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.
Sunil will also be responsible for developing robust talent management systems to identify and nurture high-potential employees. He will be spearheading the development of comprehensive HR policies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Ensuring harmonious employee relations and effective grievance handling is also among Sunil’s key responsibilities at Dixon Technologies.
Background and Career Journey
Sunil Ranjhan brings with him close to four decades of experience in the field of human resources. His journey has been marked by key roles in several renowned organizations.
Sunil began his professional journey at Wipro, where he joined as an executive in Mumbai in 1987. He spent a significant part of his career at Honda Cars, starting in 1999 as a Manager – HR.
He later moved to Tokyo, Japan, as the company’s project coordinator-HR, overseeing global HR initiatives.
In 2014, Sunil joined Apollo Tyres as the group Head – HR for the APMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa) region, where he led HR functions across manufacturing, sales, and R&D operations.
Prior to joining Dixon Technologies, Sunil held the position of Senior VP & Director-HR & Management Services at LG Electronics.
During his tenure, he was responsible for driving HR and ER functions across all manufacturing and sales subsidiaries of LG Electronics in India.
