Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories appoints Neha Jain as Group HR Director

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has appointed Neha Jain as Group HR Director and HR Lead for Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand, along with Emerging Market COEs and Innovation in SVAAS Wellness, Nutra, and Digital Therapeutics.

In this role, she is responsible for designing and executing a people strategy closely aligned with the business strategy. Neha will spearhead HR integration, HR technology strategy, and HR transformation across these regions, including overseeing M&A due diligence, in-licensing, and out-licensing opportunities.

Extensive HR Background

Neha Jain boasts over two decades of experience in human resources, before joining Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Neha Jain spent 3.5 years at GSK, where she most recently worked as General Manager and Lead HRBP for Vaccines, Specialty, and Global CEP.

Previously she has been associated with prestigious organizations like Barclays Investment Bank, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, Credit Suisse Securities, Citibank, and Tata Consultancy Services in HR leadership roles.

Neha’s extensive experience spans various industries and positions, equipping her with a comprehensive skill set and deep expertise in HR leadership.

Neha Jain holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a B.Sc. from International College for Girls, Jaipur.
