Epsilon appoints Smitha from Schneider Electric as Sr. Director HR

Smitha Narayan has joined Epsilon as Senior Director – Human Resources, where she will oversee HR operations in India, focusing on the tech delivery and analytics teams.

She is responsible for driving key HR initiatives, including employee relations, capability building, and stakeholder management.

Smitha’s broad experience across technology, global supply chains, and R&D makes her a strategic leader in workforce planning, talent development, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Extensive Leadership Experience in HR

Prior to Epsilon, Smitha held leadership positions at Schneider Electric, where she served as General Manager – HR, and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she spent over nine years in senior HR roles.

During her career, she has honed her expertise in talent management, diversity and inclusion, organizational culture, and change management, contributing significantly to the growth and transformation of both organizations.

Her strategic insights and leadership have consistently driven business results.

A Career Built on Strategic HR Expertise

Smitha began her HR journey with roles at Siemens and JK Management Consultancy, where she developed skills in recruitment and client relationship management.

Her ability to manage diverse teams, lead HR strategies, and support business goals has made her a valuable asset at every company she has worked with.

Now at Epsilon, Smitha’s focus will be on enhancing HR practices, particularly in tech and analytics, to support the company’s growth and success.

She holds a Master’s in Commerce and a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur.
