KPMG appoints Accenture’s Divya Priyambada as Director – HR

KPMG, a British-Dutch multinational professional services network has appointed Divya Priyambada as Human Resources Director. Prior to this, she was associated with Accenture as HR lead- Accenture Digital India.

In this new role, she is responsible for the people and culture agenda of the organization and reports to Mr. Sunit Sinha, Head of People, KPMG India.

Divya brings a total working experience of over 15 years. She has been associated with Accenture since September 2006 in various areas of Recruitment and Business HR. She was leading the Recruitment & Staffing function for Capability Network business aligned to Accenture Strategy in India.

She has been working on key processes and initiatives such as Induction & Integration activities, Employee Engagement processes, Steering the Performance Management Process, Designing the transfer process and the tracking mechanisms, Diversity Initiatives, etc.

Divya graduated from HR College of Commerce & Economics, and holds Post Graduation Certification in Human Capital Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
