Louis Vuitton appoints Claire de Coincy as HR Director

The world leader in luxury, Louis Vuitton Chantal Gaemperle, LVMH Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Synergies is pleased to announce the appointment of Claire de Coincy as  Human Resources Director effective December 13, 2023. 

In this role, she will guide the HR strategy of the Group’s Holding Company and pursue the transformation underway for the past few years for the Holding Company and all its employees. 

Chantal Gaemperle, LVMH Executive Vice President Human Resources, said, “I am delighted to welcome Claire to the Group’s Human Resources team.”

“I know that her wealth of experience and multiple skills will support and accelerate major projects that continue to gain momentum”, Chantal Gaemperle added.

“With her high-level expertise, Claire will be a privileged partner for our leadership team. We wish Claire every success in her new role.” Chantal Gaemperle further said.

Claire de Coincy is passionate about brands and business. She started her career in marketing 20 years ago.

As she believed that only people can make a difference, She decided to follow her conviction and move into Human Resources 12 years ago.

Prior to Louis Vuitton, Claire de Coincy was associated with Chloé as Global Human Resources Director. Previously, she was associated with L’Oréal where she has held various roles. Her last designation was Human Resources Director – DMI L’Oreal Luxe.
